Aerodrome - Annual Compliance and Operational Support
This service package is intended to provide ongoing support to the airport operations staff by allowing them to focus their attention on the day-to-day activities of running the aerodrome, knowing that the compliance requirements is being managed on their behalf, and most importantly, ensuring those staff maintain ownership of documents and processes
The annual compliance and operational support package is based on a monthly subscription service.
It offers great value to those aerodrome operators who do not have the in-house personnel available, or the expertise, to give the ongoing focus on documentation review and staff training in the documents and processes, as expected by the regulators.
The package includes:
- 'Compliance Support', 'Operational Support', and 'Senior Management Familiarisation' services.

- Initial set-up will involve:
- formal review of documents against regulations:
- Aerodrome Manual
- Aerodrome Emergency Plan
- Drug and Alcohol Management Plan
- Safety Management System
- Security Risk Assessment, and
- ASIC Program
- liaison (or meeting) with regulatory representatives (CASA / CISC) regarding most recent audit reports. Prepare report for customer on proposed actions and review priorities and timelines as required.

- Daily overview of compliance matters:
- CASA updates and advise the operations and accountable senior management of relevant changes/amendments for airport documents;
- ERSA updates and advise the operations and accountable senior management of relevant changes/amendments for airport documents;
- CISC updates and advise the operations and accountable senior management of relevant changes/amendments for airport documents;
- Make changes/amendments to regulatory documents in agreement with operations management, if required, and in accordance with the updates; as well as
- review other aviation-related websites and publications, and advise relevant information to operations and accountable senior management.
- CASA updates and advise the operations and accountable senior management of relevant changes/amendments for airport documents;
- Representative at Government or industry forums where an operational representative not able to attend.
- Analyse impact of any proposed legislative changes on the aerodrome operation, and report/liaise with operations and accountable senior management.
- Telecommunication support via telephone, email, document upload, or video-conferencing.
- Internet capability to transfer files via website.
- Two annual visits (accommodation and travel at additional cost) based on three days on-site and two days travel.
Note: Senior Management Familiarisation training outside of annual visits may incur additional accommodation and travel costs (or can be provided via video-conferencing).
